What is Nishmah Banot?
Banot is Hebrew for "girls". Nishmah Banot refers to the programming for the girls of the St. Louis Jewish community. In addition to the Rosh Hodesh: It's a Girl Thing! program for girls in grades 6, 7 and 8, Nishmah offers programs for older teens created by the Nishmah Banot Board.
